Invisible

A woman caught between warm and cool tones: depression and anxiety as a battle fought in plain sight.

Drawn from Peyton's own experience of mental health in Asian families, where struggles are often dismissed. Shown at Summit Six Gallery during New York Fashion Week. In a dark, moody room, its contrast holds the whole wall.

A dragon coils around a determined woman. Masculine energy as a guardian, not a threat.

Blue and orange hues and expressive, textured brushwork against a busy, modern backdrop. The gold leaf catches the low light of sconces and candles, so the piece anchors a hospitality room at scale.

Two ballerinas: one holding life's constant balancing act, the other the vulnerability underneath.

An off-center composition and a mix of thick and light brushwork create tension. Cool blues keep it calm. Made for a room built around one striking moment, like a hotel lounge, a private club or a piano room.

A figure emerging half-formed from deep greens: a record of becoming, painted during a season of rebuilding.

Her features dissolve into white drips that read as rain or release. The moss, sage and white palette settles naturally into spaces built for rest and renewal, like spas, wellness hotels and retreats.

Unspoken

Half her face dissolves into color. The other half is cut off by a single decisive black stroke.

A portrait about what doesn't get said. Loose brushwork and dripped paint keep it feeling caught mid-thought. Warm gold and deep teal run richer in person, and it reads as easily in a private collection as in a gallery show.

From a client's brief to a painting on their wall

A repeatable four-step process that fits alongside an agency's own client work.

  1. Consultation

    The client shares the space, palette, and the mood they want the room to have.

  2. Concept

    Peyton develops a concept and a recommended scale for review.

  3. Creation

    The painting is made in the studio, with progress updates along the way.

  4. Delivery

    The finished piece is shipped or installed on site.

Scaled to size and complexity. Most take 6–10 weeks from consultation to delivery.

The artist

Born and raised in New Mexico, Peyton Le draws on the chaos and confusion of modern life, blending pop surrealism and impressionism into work that is whimsical and thought-provoking at once.

Working mostly in oil, and self-taught through years of experimentation, she uses bright color and playful imagery to explore disorientation, instability and hope. She now lives and works in Washington.

My paintings capture a single moment in time — driven by energy, style and color — to find beauty in the human experience, wherever life takes us.
